Teacher Collette Kapa Receives Gleason Grant for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Pittsburgh
Please join us in congratulating Collette Kapa, Lead Infant 1 Teacher at the Golden Mile, for being honored with a Gleason Grant. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Pittsburgh will receive a check for $250 in her name.
During their Walk-a-thon Collette helps set up the location, collects funds the day of the walk, and passes out information about the research and treatments that are being done. During their Radio-a-thon Collette answers phones and collects information from generous donators, as well as paperwork.
Our special thanks to Diane Trister Dodge, Founder of Teaching Strategies, a member of the Bright Horizons Education Advisory Board and a friend of the Foundation. Her generous donation in honor of retired Foundation President, Dave Gleason, supports the Gleason Grant Program.
