Four Receive Gleason Grant

March 28, 2013

Please join us in congratulating Maggie Brower – Recruitment Manager, Cameron Randall – Director of Bright Horizons at Bellevue, Laurie Paul – Director of Bright Horizons at West Seattle, and Charlotte Zissel Carlson – Director of Bright Horizons at Everett, for being honored with a Gleason Grant. The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness will be receiving a check for $250 in their names. Their volunteer efforts include volunteer training, meetings and the One Night Count, a program which tracks the number of children and adults turned away from programs for which they would have been eligible – if there had been space. In 2012 Maggie, Cameron, Laurie, and Charlotte and non-Bright Horizons volunteers worked together to count in the use hours of the morning.

The Bright Horizons Foundation for Children provides grants to nonprofit organizations where our employees volunteer to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
